The problem
$1,600
One missed container. Four extra days at the terminal. Demurrage runs $150 to $400 per container per day the moment free time expires.
5 portals
MSC, Maersk, Evergreen, COSCO, Hapag-Lloyd. Your team checks them all every morning. One container slips. Then another. By the time the invoice arrives, there's nothing to dispute.
0 warning
Free days don't send a reminder. Container statuses don't update on a schedule. Without automated monitoring, your first alert is the invoice.
How it works
No integrations to build. No portals to share access to. We handle the setup.
Getting shipments into the system is effortless. No portal access needed, no copy-pasting container numbers. Just a quick action from whoever handles the booking.
We flag containers at 72, 48, and 24 hours before last free day so dispatch has time to act before free time runs out.
Slack channel or email inbox, your choice. Overdue containers flagged in red. Available ones in green. No new dashboard to check every morning.
A weekly summary hits your inbox: containers tracked, warnings sent, estimated charges avoided. A number you can show your team and your clients.
See it in action
Container number, status, location, days left. Everything dispatch needs to act. Nothing they don't.
Live alerts in your team's Slack channel. Overdue containers in red, available ones in green. Your dispatch sees what needs attention without logging into anything.
Every Monday a short summary hits your inbox. Containers tracked, warnings sent, estimated charges avoided. A number your ops team can point to.

FAQ
A short onboarding call is all it takes. We get your account configured, connect Slack if you want alerts there, and go over which carriers and ports you work with. Most customers are up and running within a couple of days.
No. Once you're set up, getting shipments into the system is straightforward. Alerts come back to you in Slack or email. No new software to learn, no portal to check every morning.
We support the major carriers. If you have active shipments we're not tracking yet, just reach out and we'll get them added. Need a carrier we don't support yet? We can typically get that sorted.
When a container is flagged before free time runs out and gets picked up in time, we count it as a potential avoided charge using standard industry rates. We keep the estimate conservative.
Pricing is based on your container volume and is designed to make sense relative to what demurrage is costing your operation. Get in touch and we'll put together a quote.
A short onboarding call and we handle the rest. Most customers are getting live alerts within a day or two. We take care of the setup on our end.
No long-term contracts. Email us and we'll offboard you cleanly. We'd rather keep you because it's working than because you're locked in.
